Red Ranch Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp Water
  • 6 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  • 1 cup Cheez-Whiz Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Beef N' Cheddar Sandwich

  • 4 each Onion Rolls
  • Butter as needed
  • 16 oz Shaved Deli Roast Beef

Red Ranch Sauce

  • Combine all the ingredients into a small or medium sauce pan.
  • Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  • Heat the cheese sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium/low heat.
  • Allow to melt until fully combined.

Assemble the Beef N' Cheddar Sandwiches

  • Lightly butter the insides of the onion rolls and lightly toast them on a griddle or skillet. Set the toasted rolls aside on a serving plate.
  • Heat the shaved roast beef in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Be careful to just heat the roast beef to steaming, do not over cook it.
  • To assemble the sandwich begin by adding some red ranch sauce to the bottom bun. Then top the red ranch with several slices of heated roast beef. Drizzle the melted cheese sauce over the roast beef. Finally add the top bun on!
  • Try serving these sandwiches with Arby's Curly Fries which can be found in the freezer section at the grocery store!

  • Arby’s serves Beef N’ Cheddar sandwiches on onion rolls. However, if you can’t find any at your grocery store you can use kaiser rolls instead. The sandwiches are just as good!
  • The Red Ranch sauce has a bit of a vinegar taste to it, you can reduce the amount of vinegar by half if you’d like.
  • Use a high-quality roast beef from the deli. It makes all the difference.
